February 2013 Face-to-Face Meeting

I. When/Where

The PWG meetings will be held on February 6-7, hosted by Xerox at their facilities in El Segundo, CA:

Park in Lot C and proceed to the security desk at the front of the building where you see sculptures. The meetings will be held in Room 1160.

Snacks will be served in the morning and afternoon. Lunch is available from several nearby restaurants.

Driving Directions

Driving from LAX Airport to the Xerox - El Segundo Campus:

Drive east on Century Blvd from LAX to Aviation Blvd (1.0 mile)
Turn right onto Aviation Blvd
Drive south on Aviation Blvd to Alaska Drive (2.0 miles)
Turn right onto Alaska Drive
A&E (ESAE) is the three story glass building on your left.
Try to park in the lot on the southwest corner of the A&E building. No tokens are required for that lot.
The main (attended) lobby faces Aviation Blvd.

Alternately, one can take I-405 South (or) PCH/Sepulveda South instead of Century Blvd.

Rental cars are recommended as the best restaurants are near the beach: 2-3 miles West of the campus.

II. Registration/RSVP

There is no registration fee for this meeting.

Please respond to the PWG February 2013 face-to-face meeting survey whether you are planning to attend the meeting in person, by phone, or not at all. This will help us plan for network services and to make badges for the attendees.
