October 2013 Face-to-Face Meeting

I. When/Where

The PWG meetings will be held on October 22-24, hosted by Ricoh at their facilities in Cupertino, CA.

Please park in the rear of the building (when driving South on Bubb Road, turn left just before the railroad tracks) and look for signs indicating where to park and where to enter the building. Visitor badges are required, and they will also give you guest Wi-Fi access so make sure you register your attendance in advance!

The usual continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, coffee, tea, water, etc. will be provided. Lunch is not provided. There are dozens of places to eat nearby, but none is within walking distance.

II. Registration/RSVP

There is no registration fee for this meeting.

Please respond to the PWG October 2013 face-to-face meeting survey whether you are planning to attend the meeting in person, by phone, or not at all. This will help us plan for services and make any necessary reservations.
