II. Registration/RSVP

Please respond to the PWG February 2011 face-to-face meeting survey whether you are planning to attend the meeting in person, by phone, or not at all. This will help us plan for services and make any necessary reservations.

Registration is required for this meeting. The registration fee is $75.00 per person per day if you pay in advance or $100.00 per person per day if you pay at the meeting. The fee is collected by the ISTO; you can pre-pay the meeting fee on the ISTO-PWG registration page.

IV. Meeting Agenda

Note:

All times are local to the venue. Add 5 hours when calling from the US East coast and 2 hours when calling from the US West coast.

Discussions at PWG face-to-face meetings are covered by the PWG Policy on Intellectual Property and Confidentiality - basically everything we discuss is non-confidential and can be included in an open standard.

While we plan on offering remote viewing via Live Meeting, our Internet connection may not have sufficient bandwidth to support it. If you are attending by phone, please download the presentation slides and documents for local viewing as needed.

V. Hotel Information

For your convenience, we have arranged sleeping accommodations at the same hotel. The room rates offered are as follows:

$189.00/night for single or double occupancy (Ocean View)
$10.00/night for each additional adult (age 18 and older)
$20.00/night for a rollaway bed (maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room)

These rates include the $25.00/night resort fee but are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently a total of 13.4167%.

Note: You must make your reservations prior to January 1, 2011 to get the room rate, and the rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting dates - from January 29th through February 6th.
